From the Tully Farm:

Basic Sweet Dough

3 cups flour-divided

1/4 cup sugar

1 pkg. rise

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup butter softened

1/4 cup

1 egg

In mixing bowl combine 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast &
salt. In a saucepan heat milk, butter & water to 120-130 degree, (
don’t bring to a boil ) Add to dry ingredients and beat until just moistened.
Add egg & remaining flour. Beat until smooth. DO NOT KNEAD Shape
into a ball, cover and let rest 10 minutes. Bake 375 degrees 20-25 min.
It just ends leaving you with a ball of dough, I would flour a
board or cloth & cut into the ball & form it into smaller
pieces, Sean has seen his Grandma do it, you could roll out the dough
& put cinnamon & sugar mixed tog. like a log, then cut it into
slices, like loaf bread. It’s been so long since I made any, as she
always did it. Make a powdered sugar frosting, Add milk to the pd.
sugar until it  becomes creamy & you can spread it on the rolls.

Here is a good chocolate cake

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon vanilla

In mixer bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, & baking
soda. Add mayonnaise, vanilla & 1 1/2  cups water. Beat on medium
speed about 1 min. or  until well mixed & smooth. Pour into into a
sprayed 13×9 inch baking pan. Bake @ 350 for 25 to 30 min, or until a
tester  inserted in the center comes out clean.  Makes 12  servings.

Fudge frosting

2  Tblsp cocoa

7 Tblsp. milk

Tblsp. less than 1/2 cup
